Stock deducts by recipe, down to the pistachios. The sale posts to your books, cost of goods included. Your guest earns loyalty points. Their survey flows into your reviews. Reports update live. Then your AI owner brief tells you what to do next. One menu, synced everywhere, in English and Arabic. No more juggling systems that don't talk. One platform. Every order. Spice-ey. Operate. Serve. One order, one record.
Plenty of food businesses run an ordering app, a till, a kitchen printer, a stock sheet and an accountant's spreadsheet, and copy each order from one to the next.
In Spice-ey, your ordering site, your table QR codes and your till all write to the same orders. The kitchen screen, stock, the books, loyalty and your reports all read those same orders, so nothing is typed twice.
Where the order goes
Stop 1 · The order
The customer orders on your own site.
They open your ordering site on their phone, at your-name.spice-ey.com or your own domain, with no app to download. They drop a pin, the address picks the branch that delivers there, and the delivery fee is checked on our server.
This customer pays cash on delivery. InstaPay with a transfer slip, and card through your own Paymob account, work too. We take no commission on the order.
Had the order come from a table QR code or the till, it would land in exactly the same place.
Plans: Your ordering site is on every plan, Free included. Your own domain comes with Ordering and up.

Stop 2 · The kitchen
It's on the kitchen screen at once.
The order appears under New on the kitchen display, with its add-ons and notes, and a station screen, such as grill or drinks, shows it when it has that station's dishes. The cook accepts it, starts it and bumps it to Ready.
Timers colour a ticket at 7, 10 and 15 minutes, so a late one stands out. Every tap moves the customer's order page along.
Plans: The kitchen display comes with Ordering and up.

Two Brownies, extra cream. A Tiramisu combo. 10% off. Done. Spice-ey POS rings it up in seconds. And it's already on Spice-ey KDS, your kitchen display, routed to the right stations. The clock is on. Late tickets get flagged. The cook taps bump, and the online guest's tracker moves with it. Your storefront. Table QR. Phone orders. The counter. Every order lands in one place. One queue. One kitchen. Right in your browser. Spice-ey POS and KDS. Start at spice-ey.com.
Stop 3 · Stock
Stock is used up by recipe.
When the kitchen starts the order, each dish's recipe takes its ingredients out of stock: the chocolate and butter in the brownies, the cream cheese and pistachio in the cheesecake. If the order is cancelled, they go back.
When pistachio runs low, you get an email, and one click in the Console drafts an AI reorder plan to review.
Plans: Recipes and costing come with Ordering. Stock that follows sales needs Pro. Purchase orders are on Restaurant.

Stop 4 · Delivery
It goes out with a rider.
On the kitchen screen, the ready order is marked Out for delivery. Then one tap on the order in your Console opens WhatsApp with a message for your own rider: the address, the map pin, the items and the cash to collect.
The customer's order page shows every step, until the order is delivered.
Plans: Delivery zones and your own riders are on every plan.

Delivery, on every plan.
Stop 5 · The books
The sale posts itself to your books.
The sale posts its own balanced journal, with its VAT, and as the kitchen uses stock, the ingredients' cost posts as cost of goods. Nobody types it in.
It also counts in today's sales on your Console home.
Plans: Journals post on every plan. The ledger, trial balance and monthly profit are on Restaurant.

Stop 6 · The customer
The customer has a reason to come back.
Once the order is delivered and paid, a signed-in customer earns a stamp or points. Their stamp card is in their account on your site, and their points show in a loyalty wallet on your menu and order pages.
When the delivery arrives, they get a short survey by email. If they write a comment, AI sorts it by mood and theme, such as food, service or waiting time, in your feedback inbox.
Plans: Stamp cards, points and surveys are on Pro and Restaurant.

Stop 7 · The next morning
The next morning, the owner brief says what to do next.
At 9:00 Cairo time, Spice-ey sends the owner a short brief on yesterday: orders and sales against last week, the top sellers, what's running low, and what to do about it.
Your Console home opens on the same numbers, and you can ask the assistant about them. On Pro and Restaurant, your own AI agent, such as Claude Code or Codex, can read the same orders through a read-only connection.
Plans: Owner briefs are on every plan, within its monthly AI allowance. Agent access is on Pro and Restaurant.

Questions
- Do I need every part to start?
- No. Every plan starts with your own ordering site. Ordering adds the POS and the kitchen screen, Pro adds stock that follows sales, loyalty and surveys, and Restaurant adds the full books, suppliers and cash-up.
- Does an order from the till go through the same steps?
- Yes. Counter and table QR orders reach the same kitchen screen, use up the same stock, post the same journals and count in the same reports. Only delivery orders go out with a rider.
- What happens if the internet drops?
- If it drops while you charge an order, the till saves the order on the device and sends it when the connection is back; it then reaches the kitchen and your reports. Adding items to an order needs a connection.
- Are the films in Arabic?
- The voice is in English. Every film has English and Arabic subtitles you can switch on in the player, and its words are written out under it.
