Who it's forRestaurants
Front of house, kitchen and delivery on one system.
Your counter, your tables, your ordering site and your kitchen share one menu and one stream of orders. The kitchen sees every order the moment it's placed, the till saves a sale if the internet drops while you charge it, and the reports add it all up.
What you get
A till for the counter and the tables
Counter and dine-in orders with sizes, add-ons and combos; cash, card, split or pay later.
More on Point of sale →Tables that order for themselves
Guests scan the QR code on their table and order from your menu, and staff can ring up a table's order on the POS too. Both reach the kitchen with the table number.
More on Online ordering →A screen for each station
Grill, cold kitchen, drinks: each station's screen shows its own tickets, with a chime, ticket timers, recall, and sold out in one tap.
More on Kitchen display →Delivery and pickup from the same menu
Delivery zones with their own fees and minimums, orders handed to your riders on WhatsApp, and a live status page for every customer.
More on Delivery →Catering and events
Packages priced by guest count, quotes on your own site, and deposits paid online by card through your own Paymob account or by InstaPay.
More on Catering →Hear from every guest
A short survey after each order, sorted by AI into food, service and waiting time, so you know what to fix.

Questions
- Can staff take orders at the table?
- Yes. On Pro and Restaurant, staff ring up dine-in orders against a table on the POS, from an iPad or a tablet, and guests can also order from the QR code on their table.
- Does it work without internet?
- Not fully. If the internet drops while you charge an order, the till saves it on the device and sends it when the connection returns. Adding items needs a connection, and the kitchen screen needs internet to receive orders.
- What hardware do I need?
- Nothing special. The POS and the kitchen screen run in a browser on an iPad, an Android tablet, a laptop, or a TV with a small computer.
