FeaturesPoint of sale
Ring it up. The kitchen sees it next.
Ring up counter and dine-in orders on any iPad, tablet or laptop. Orders go straight to the kitchen, and sales land in the same reports as your online orders. If the internet drops while you charge an order, the till saves it and sends it when the connection is back.
What you can do
Fast counter sales
Sizes, add-ons, combos and barcode scanning, from the same menu as your ordering site.
Cash, card or later
Cash with change, card payments recorded from your own card machine, cash and card split, or pay later.
Saves a sale if the internet drops
If the connection drops while you charge an order, the till saves it on the device and sends it when the connection is back, without duplicates. Adding items needs a connection.
Refunds and voids
Full or partial refunds and voids on every plan, and promo codes at the till.
English and Arabic
Staff switch the till to Arabic, right to left, and a customer display shows the order as it's rung up.
Event menus in one tap
Switch the till between your published menus, such as an event or a Ramadan menu. Each device remembers its choice.

Questions
- What do I need to run the POS?
- A browser on an iPad, an Android tablet or a laptop. On Ordering and Pro, receipts print through the device's print window.
- Does it work without internet?
- Not fully. If the internet drops while you charge an order, the till saves it on the device and sends it when the connection returns; it then reaches the kitchen and your reports. Adding items to an order needs a connection.
- Can I take InstaPay at the till?
- The till records cash and card. InstaPay is for orders on your ordering site, where the customer uploads the transfer slip.
