FeaturesKitchen display
Every order on one screen, from new to ready.
Orders from your ordering site and your POS land on the same kitchen screen the moment they're placed. Cooks accept, start and bump them, and the front of house sees what's ready.
What you can do
New, preparing, ready
Three columns and big buttons: accept, start, bump, then hand over or send out for delivery.
Recall and reject
Pull a ticket back from ready with a reason, reject a new one, or hold it and fire it later.
Sold out in one tap
Mark an item sold out for the branch right from a ticket, so it stops selling at that branch.
Station views
Route categories to stations such as grill or drinks, so each screen shows the tickets it needs.
Nothing missed
Live updates with a fallback, a chime for new tickets, and timers that colour a ticket at 7, 10 and 15 minutes.
What the cook needs
The table, pickup time, add-ons, notes and combo parts on every ticket.

Questions
- What screen do I need?
- Any screen with a browser: a TV with a small computer, a tablet or a laptop. It needs internet to receive orders.
- Do online orders and POS orders both appear?
- Yes. Your ordering site, your table QR codes and your POS all feed the same screen.
- Is the kitchen screen in Arabic?
- Yes. Kitchen staff who choose Arabic for their account get the kitchen screen in Arabic, right to left. Dish names show as you wrote them in your menu.
