Delivery & Shipping Policy

Spice-ey plans provide access to online software, including merchant management, storefront ordering, POS, kitchen, reporting, and related features according to the selected plan. The service is delivered electronically; no physical product is shipped with a standard software subscription.

• A Free workspace is created after the required signup verification succeeds.
• Paid plan access begins after the relevant order, business verification, and payment confirmation steps are complete.
• Some integrations or managed setup services may require additional merchant information, provider approval, or configuration before they become available.

Spice-ey does not currently include physical hardware, printed materials, or shipped goods in its standard public plans. Any future hardware purchase, rental, or installation service will have separate availability, delivery, acceptance, warranty, and return terms presented before purchase.

Food and beverage products shown on Spice-ey-powered storefronts are sold, prepared, and fulfilled by the merchant named on that storefront. Delivery areas, fees, minimums, estimates, pickup instructions, and fulfilment decisions belong to that merchant and are shown during the merchant’s ordering flow.

Spice-ey is the software provider and is not the restaurant, food seller, or courier for those orders.

Spice-ey aims to keep the service available continuously, but maintenance, internet or provider outages, security events, and circumstances outside reasonable control can interrupt access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practical.
