- Do I need my own riders?
- Yes. Spice-ey doesn't deliver orders itself. You deliver with your own riders, and Spice-ey gives them the address, the map pin, the items and the amount to collect, ready to send on WhatsApp.
- Can customers see where their order is?
- Yes. Every order has a live status page that shows each step, from the kitchen to out for delivery to delivered, as your team moves it along.
- How is the delivery fee set?
- By zone. Each zone you draw has its own fee and minimum order. The customer's pin has to fall inside a zone, and its fee is checked on our server.
