FeaturesCatering
Catering quotes that price themselves.
Set your packages, guest-count prices, transport fees and deposit rules once. Clients build a quote on your site and pay the deposit, and you accept, track payments and close each event from the Console.
What you can do
Packages priced by guest count
Price tiers by number of guests, extras, and a catering menu you import from your ordering menu in one click.
Your rules, applied every time
Deposit, notice period, rounding, blocked dates, delivery regions and transport fees, set once.
Quotes on your own site
Clients get a quote in English or Arabic, priced on our server from your rules, with up to two packages per request. They can ask for a tasting too.
A private link per request
Each request has its own link showing its status, what's been paid and what's still due. It's kept out of search engines.
Deposits paid online
The client pays the deposit by card through your own Paymob account, or by InstaPay with a transfer slip you check.
Every event in one list
Accept or decline, choose the kitchen, record transfers, cash and part-payments, bill drinks served on the night, then complete or cancel.

Questions
- Do clients pay the full amount online?
- Online payment covers the deposit. You record the rest in the Console as it arrives: a transfer, cash or InstaPay, in parts if needed.
- Can I add drinks served on the night?
- Yes. After the event you bill the drinks actually served, and the request keeps a running total of what's paid and due.
- Where do clients find my catering page?
- You share its link: on your social pages, in WhatsApp chats or on your menu. Catering pages are kept out of search engines on purpose.
